Their team was very responsive from the beginning and helped us through the sampling and color-matching process, sending multiple rounds of samples until we finalized the order. We initially ran into a major delay due to a payment processing error, but after this came to light they were willing to expedite the order to catch back up to the original schedule. We plan to come back to Shaoxing Yunga Textile Co. for our next order.
